I’m driven by the search for the highest forms of connection, expression, and freedom from limitations.

Growing up I experienced hardships that made me wall off and turn away from my true self. My own journey, from pain to peace, finding the way back to my authenticity and into profound connection is what initiated me into this world of growth, healing, and embodied consciousness, and ultimately led me to find my life’s work; serving you as a coach and guide on this path of deep relational discovery.

Because you can learn to embrace the parts of you that you hide away. You can change shame for deeply knowing your belongingness, and in doing so, reveal your passion and your unique gifts. You can become and express your true self.
